Barbara Mitchell–Judge: Realtor Extrodinaire Since 1988
As a realtor it doesn’t really matter where you’ve been, where you’re going, or what you’ve done in the past. My 28 years of experience in buying and selling real estate showed me that the most important part of this business is exhibiting honesty and sincerity. What clients are ultimately interested in is how attentive you are to them and their needs. I pride myself on being a good listener, having ethical leadership and being a person whose attention is always directed towards what’s best for my clients and I look forward to giving you all the professional guidance that you would ever need.
“Committed to Making Home Possible”
If you are interested in buying or selling a condo, townhome, house, or acreage, I would love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss your real estate needs. Call me today or send me an e-mail. I'm waiting to hear from you!

The Homeownership Assistance Act of 2009 has EXTENDED the $8,000 tax credit.
The tax credit now applies to sales occurring on or after January 1, 2009 and on or before April 30, 2010.
However, in cases where a binding sales contract is signed by April 30, 2010, a home purchase completed by June 30, 2010 will qualify.
